We work directly with the growers throughout the year and that's what we have done so far however this practice has given us several ideas to manage the problems of growers which they are unable to get it done, thus we have brought up several models and helpful structure mentioned below which are proving themselves to be grower-friendly.
How could we be so sure of our payment to the grower on-time every-time? Well this has a very easy answer! Lately we have seen many buyers evolving in this business overseas which includes mainly SME's with less knowledge of agribusiness and it's volatility. In this scenario we only work with knowledge-full and experienced buyers who knows the depth of this business. we also get their credit history and work on LC at sight basis preferably. We also have business relation with brokers in domestic and international market to browse us through the good buyers always. This keeping you money safe.
1.Payment security:- Well, being a new entity we face this question more than anything else and off course this is the biggest worry of any one when several thousand dollars are involved in the deal and moreover a hard work, long patients, several break downs during the cropping and many more spine breaking issues involved right from the sowing to harvesting.
2. Payment conditions:- Our company has several means of payment condition but our regular policy is of payment in 30days from the date of delivery and that means that grower doesn't have to wait for the shipment. However some would like to get money before our regular system and some might require payment later in the year. We adjust ourselves with different growers of different requirement.
3. Forward contract:- Our forward contract system is valid only when the grower is successful in getting the grade of grain mentioned on the contract and if any thing goes wrong in the course of growing then the contract becomes null and void and grower doesn't have to buy the contracted material from third party to fulfill the contract, neither have to compensate in any manner. Thus, freezing a good of crop ahead without any hassle and peace of mind.
4. Any grade:- Grain is not a machine processed product but this is something fully controlled by Mother Nature hence, out of control of science and human hands due to weather unpredictability! In this respect we cannot always expect the good quality grain offered by our valuable growers and they may have some under-grade grains to offer. This is a harsh reality that growers might have to sit with their products for years to clear off the under-grade grains and that's is the time we prove to be grower-friendly.
Rejecting to do business for this kind of crop is a harsh thing for growers but our presence in the export market let you sell off-grade material through us to the buyer for the best price than stockfeed. In this regards we always expect from growers to give a clear and fair representative samples as near as to the quality of material stored on farm to eschew from any discrepancies in the deal with growers and buyers!
